After a busy week last week with the BIALL exchange and various other jobs going on at the same time, I am now having to play catch up. After looking at other librarians' blogs I feel that I definitely need to up my game! It's been interesting to read about other people's take on the cpd23 idea, particularly since I am embarking on a dissertation based around the use of web 2.0 for cpd purposes.
I was intrigued by http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif, particularly her guide to craft blogging. When I'm not working at the Bodleian Law Library in Oxford, or working on my MSc, you'll find me happily making jewellery, knitting or sewing. I agree with her that it can be difficult to maintain enthusiasm for a blog, especially when you have other demands on your time, which is why it's handy to have it linked to a specific project like this one.
On a similar theme, Elisabeth's blog Simple things to make and do is a mine of useful information, not just about blogging but also about crafts and cake (one of my other favourite things!).
